The Birth Of The Gathering Place

Our church began in January 2020 with just 13 faithful members gathered by a shared vision:

To build a Christ-centered community rooted in love and service. From those small beginnings, we have grown to a congregation of around 80 members, united by our commitment to living out the Word of God in both action and truth.

We believe that genuine love and service—toward one another and our wider community—are the natural fruits of a life transformed by Scripture. Guided by God’s Word, we strive to be a welcoming, compassionate, and spiritually vibrant family where everyone can grow in faith, find purpose, and serve others with joy.
As we continue to grow, we remain anchored in the same spirit that started it all: a deep love for God, a desire to serve, and a heart for building His Kingdom together.

Gathering God’s Sheep

Heart of the Shepherd

To gather God’s sheep is to join in the heart of the Shepherd—Jesus Christ—who came to seek and save the lost. It means recognizing that people everywhere are in need of hope, truth, and belonging, and stepping out in love to bring them into the fold. This calling is not just for pastors or missionaries but for every believer who carries the light of Christ. Just as a shepherd knows each sheep by name, God calls us to see people as He sees them—valuable, wandering, and deeply loved.

Safety

Gathering God’s sheep also means creating a place of safety, nourishment, and growth. It’s about building community where the gospel is lived out in relationships, worship, and service. Whether through a conversation, a shared meal, or a simple act of kindness, we become vessels of God’s grace, drawing others not to ourselves but to the Good Shepherd. In this way, the church becomes more than a building—it becomes a living, breathing expression of God’s invitation to come home.

Participating in Jesus’ mission to reach the lost with love, truth, and grace, creating a welcoming, Christ-centered community where people are known, nurtured, and led closer to the Good Shepherd.
